Witam
mam 27 lat,waga 80kg.wzrost 177 czyli niewielka nadwaga.
rok temu wykryto u mnie guzka 6mm w prawym płacie tarczycy. wyniki tsh w
normie. kontrole mialam w marcu tego roku-guz bez zmian. tsh ft4 i anty
tpo prawidłowe.
dwa miesiace temu rozpoczelam diete proteinowa. po 3 tygodniach waga
staneła. czuje sie ocieżała/spuchnięta. przerwałam diete. jem 5 razy
dziennie duzo cwicze-efektow jednak nie widze dalej...waga stoi.badanie
poziomu wody i tluszczu wykazalo ze mam 7 kg wody za duzo..wczoraj zrobiłam tsh - w marcu miałam wynik 2.01 tgeraz 3.09...
z informacji które znalazłam na internecie wynika ze dieta ta zatrzymuje
wode i nie jest wskazana dla osob ktore maja z nia problemy. spotkałam
sie takze z przypadkiem ze wyniki tsh bardzo sie pogorszyly po tej
diecie..czy jest to mozliwe?
czy  badanie tsh to bedzie  wystarczajace zeby ocenic czy
tarczyca pracuje prawidłowo i jest winna za moja wage?
nie wiem czy powinnam sie udac do dietetyka czy endokrynologa.
