Witam.Mam 19 lat Jestem niską dziwczyną zaledwie 155 cm wzrostu ważę 57 kg. A mianowicie od roku mam okropne problemy z wagą cały czas rośnie potem trochę schudnę i znowu wzrasta. Oczywiście nie bez powodu gdyz mam okropny apetyt najbardziej nie mogę przestać jeść słodyczy nie wiem co mam zrobić żeby z mienić swoje nawyki żywieniowe. Po prostu nienawidze siebie w swojej postaci wciaz mam wyrzuty sumienia ze za duzo zjadlam. Najgorzej wazylem w zeszlym roku jesienia (59kg) potem schudlam nawet do 54 a teraz znowu tyje po prostu nie potrafie ograniczyc jedzenia. Czasami jezdze na rowerze w zasadzie codziennie jestem w ruch juz nie wiem co robic bardzo prosze o pomoc !!

Za każdym razem kiedy bedziesz w sklepie i bedziesz patrzyła na jakąś słodycz zadaj sobie zasadnicze pytania, czy ten (baton ) jest wart tego zebym przez niego była nieszczęśliwa , albo czy wolisz chwile przyjemności z jedzenie czy całe życie cieszenie się zgrabną sylwetką. A najlepiej wogóle nie wchodz w sklepach na dział ze słodyczami . Mi to pomogło , nie wiem jak tobie .
