W aptekach są specjalne zestawy witamin dla kobiet w ciąży, ale wydaje mi się, że decyzję o rozpoczęciu suplementacji warto skonsultować z lekarzem.
Agnieszko, kwas foliowy możesz przyjmowac bez konsultacji z lekarzem, najlepiej 1-3 miesiace przed planowana ciąża. Ważne żeby nie przekraczać dawki 0,4mg dziennie. Witaminy natomiast przepisuje lekarz już podczas ciąży. Wcześniej warto zadbać by witaminy dostarczać naturalnie do organizmu poprzez owoce, warzywa.
mój lekarz nigdy nie wspominał, aby mój mąż również brał kwas foliowy. Najlepiej skonsultuj się z lekarzem, gdy sama będziesz chciała zacząć brać. Przyjmowanie kwasu przez faceta miałoby sens tylko przed zajściem w ciążę.
Kwas foliowy powinny brać wszystkie kobiety w okresie rozrodczym, jedna mała tabletka z pewnością nie zaszkodzi a z pewnością uchroni przed wadami cewy nerwowej.
