Hemofilia



 

Jest to dziedziczna choroba związana z płcią, na którą chorują tylko mężczyźni, natomiast przenoszą ją kobiety. Powoduje częste, groźne dla życia, długotrwałe krwotoki zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne. Przyczyną jest znaczne zmniejszenie krzepliwości krwi wskutek braku w niej niektórych czynników, które dzielą hemofilię na typ A, z niedoborem czynnika VIII, i typ B z brakiem czynnika IX.
