Złe samopoczucie po spadku ciśnienia

kobieta migrena ból

To może być hipotonia.

Hipotonia to zespół dolegliwości związany ze zbyt niskim ciśnieniem tętniczym krwi (poniżej 100 Hg przy ciśnieniu rozkurczowym).

U wielu osób mających skłonności do hipotonii, objawy nasilają się zwłaszcza jesienią, przy częstym przechodzeniu frontów pogodowych.

Takie objawy to:

  • uczucie skrajnego wyczerpania,
  • wycieńczenia organizmu,
  • poczucie osłabienia fizycznego i psychicznego,
  • szybkie męczenie się i zadyszka po wysiłku,
  • kołatanie serca.

Ponadto u ludzi z hipotonią występuje zwykle:

  • wzmożona pobudliwość nerwowa,
  • rozdrażnienie,
  • wybuchy gniewu z lada powodu,
  • bóle i zawroty głowy,
  • zaburzenia snu,
  • zawroty głowy po nagłym wstaniu.

Owe objawy (np. złe samopoczucie i zmęczenie) wywołane jest niedostatecznym ukrwieniem wskutek niskiego ciśnienia tętniczego krwi różnych narządów i części ciała.
